Dear SkyDemon Team,

thx for your brilliant Software! For me as a VFR Pilot it is a real benefit, especially when you're about to enter and cross class D (CTR) airapace looking for the VFR reporting points.

I have two suggestion for the printing out the map with the planned route.
1. Have the Heading, Distance and Time for every leg printed out as well (see attachment) without wind correction and based on True North
2. Have 5 minutes markers attached to the route
3. On every waypoint have the total planned flight time attached

Maybe some other pilots and the SkyDemon Team agree/disagree to my suggestions. Thank you!

personally I like to have a printed chart with me with all relevant information on that for a quick look up. I noticed the print PLOG but I like to have that information as well on a printed chart. In my opinion it is good to have the whole route with one click printed out and have a paper to share with other colleagues in the flying club. But this is not mandatory for me, just a suggestion.

The 5 min markers for me are for precise flying. I have a PPL-A but I like to switch off SkyDemon and fly the "old" way to control yourself for training purposes 👍🏻

The problem with 5 minute markers is that they can often end up in the 'middle of nowhere' and you can't ascertain, with any accuracy, when you've arrived at your 'marker'. When I was learning to fly, more years ago than I care to remember, an old but very wise instructor advised me to ditch 5 minute markers and instead to pick landmarks along, or close to either side of my route, and calculate the time to each. That way, there can be no doubt as to when you have reached your 'marker' at which point you can check your timing.
